New office bearers elected

At our first board meeting on 13th June, we elected the office bearers we believe will take the Network forward. They and the organisations they represent are listed below:

Chairman - Chief Suleman Chebe (pictured 7th from left)

Vice Chairman - Mr Graham Campbell, Haiti Support Group (pictured 5th from left)

Secretary - Ms Hermine Makangu, Africa Umoja Scotland (pictured 5th from right)

Treasurer - Mr Elisha Kimani, Central Scotland African Union

(pictured 3rd from left)

Membership Secretary - Mr Oluwadare Yerokun, Awaz FM (Africa Alive) (pictured far right)

One position, that of Minutes Secretary remains to be filled at the next board meeting.
