Hogmanay at the African Caribbean Centre - what a way to end the year!

Two floors of music, clootie dumplings, cocktails and the friendliest door and bar staff in Glasgow. And of course the sensational sounds of Bass Warrior. This guy, originally from Montserrat, just wants to keep the culture alive, just wants to share the music. Why else would he only be charging a fiver to get in on Hogmanay?

We will be busy and once we're full, we're full so if you want to book your tickets, click on the DONATE button to the right and donate a minimum of five pounds and put your full name and HOGMANAY as the reference. Then email accglasgow@gmail.com and we'll put you on the guest list so you're guaranteed to get in.

PLEASE NOTE IF YOU BOOK AFTER 8PM ON THE DAY WE WON'T BE ABLE TO EMAIL BACK BUT WE WILL HAVE YOUR NAME ON THE GUEST LIST - LOTS OF TICKETS SOLD BUT STILL SPACE SO IF YOU PAY AND EMAIL, ASSUME YOU'RE ON IT.

Hogmanay Hoolie Caribbean Style

We are thrilled to announce that we've managed to persuade Bass Warrior to squeeze in one last gig of the year on the very last day of the year. Yes we're bringing in the New Year Caribbean style at The African Caribbean Centre and guess what? We're only charging a fiver entry!

Seriously what other City Centre venue is offering such a great night (or even a rotten night for that matter) for such a fantastic price?

We'll have the basement bar open and the upstairs bar and both floors will be playing a fantastic selection of amazing reggae, dancehall and soca tunes that will have you on your feet all night - we guarantee it.

It's our way of saying thank you to our regulars and hello to new friends and it's Bass Warrior's way of telling you all he love you - we can't wait to welcome you to the ACC and what better time to do it?

Monday 31st December. Doors open at 10pm till very late.

Check back here for details of how to get tickets.
