We're overly excited about this one. We've been waiting a long time for Bassa Beat to join us at the African Caribbean Centre and now they have, we're not short of volunteers to work at the launch night.
So, on Independence Day for the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Bassa Beat presents to you ... CLUB AFRICA.
"Unashamedly .... completely ..... utterly ...... uncompromisingly ...... authentically ...... AFRICAN" is how they describe their night ...
Which is funny because that's EXACTLY what the African Caribbean Centre is.
So, a better meeting of minds and bodies you won't find in Glasgow that night.
Featuring DJs and a live acoustic set.
Entry is £5 and it's on Saturday 30th June. 8pm to 2am.
Every month Club Africa will celebrate something different about Africa. Tonight it's Independence Day for the DRC and we'll have many DRC friends joining us to celebrate.
"This is going to be THE night to be at in Glasgow on the 30th" says Graham Campbell, Co-ordinator for the ACC (and the one who's been desperate to get Bassa Beat on board).
